PureGrade Cleaning: Commercial Outreach in Slough

Published · 6 min read
PureGrade Cleaning’s Slough campaign recorded 65 unique replying contacts and 6 opportunities in Instantly as at 11 October 2026. The underlying conversations show interest in quotes and visits, but do not establish a confirmed meeting total.
This early review looks at the step between a relevant reply and a settled walkthrough. Welcoming a visit, offering available days and suggesting a time are useful signals; they are not interchangeable with a confirmed booking.
Targeted premises, different cleaning needs
The campaign’s conversations included dental, equestrian, sports, fertility and gymnastics premises. These are not one uniform buying situation. Some contacts wanted regular cleaning; others wanted deeper cleaning alongside an existing team. A walkthrough and quote offer created a starting point, but the reply still needed interpretation.
Our review used the full email messages to distinguish scope interest, open availability and settled scheduling. It did not treat a positive tone or an Instantly classification as proof that a meeting had been booked.

What each number measures
- leads recorded in Instantly
- The leads_count field. List volume, not proof that every entry was reached or represents a distinct business.
- contacts recorded as contacted
- The contacted_count field, retained as reported. Not a count of unique companies.
- emails sent
- The emails_sent_count field. Email volume, not a count of distinct recipients or businesses.
- new leads recorded as contacted
- The separately reported new_leads_contacted_count field. It differs from contacted_count and is not substituted for it.
- unique replying contacts
- The reply_count_unique field. Auto replies are excluded from this separately reported figure; distinct contacts are not necessarily distinct organisations.
- replies recorded
- The reply_count field. Reported separately from unique replying contacts; not an additional count of interested organisations.
- opportunities recorded in Instantly
- The total_opportunities field. Dashboard classifications, not verified qualified opportunities, meetings, attended visits or won contracts.
The contacted and new-leads-contacted fields differ. We preserve both rather than choosing a denominator and deriving a reply rate. Nor do we convert contacts into unique business counts. Open tracking was disabled, so there is no open-rate claim.
The six opportunities are Instantly classifications. They do not establish six qualified opportunities, six booked meetings, six attended walkthroughs or six won contracts. The email evidence below is a separate review of conversations, not a re-labelling of that dashboard total.

What the conversations actually showed
The following are anonymised editorial summaries of email evidence, separate from Shyaan Viqar’s voice reference. No prospect names or raw messages are published.
- Dental organisation: regular-cleaning quote interest
- The organisation requested a regular-cleaning quote and a discussion about walkthrough availability. The latest reply confused the proposed cleaning visit with a patient appointment. That ambiguity means the exchange cannot be counted as a confirmed walkthrough.
- Equestrian venue: a welcome, not a settled slot
- The venue welcomed a visit and quote, but scheduling remained open. This supports visit interest, not a dated appointment.
- Sports complex: deep cleaning alongside its team
- The complex requested weekly or monthly deep-clean information alongside its own cleaning team. The scope was supplementary rather than necessarily a replacement for routine cleaning; the enquiry alone does not prove a visit agreement.
- Fertility clinic: available days, no settled time
- The clinic offered days for a visit without a settled slot. Availability gives a follow-up action but does not complete scheduling.
- Gymnastics venue: a proposed future time
- The venue suggested 19 October at 4pm. That proposal alone does not prove a confirmed booking, and the date was in the future as at the snapshot.
These conversations do not reconcile one-for-one to the six dashboard opportunities. They show the kinds of replies under review, not a verified meeting or qualified-opportunity total. Attendance, contracts and revenue are not established by this evidence.
Where scheduling friction appeared
The dental exchange is an important warning against reading only the most encouraging message. Earlier quote interest remained real, but the latest response introduced confusion about the purpose of the visit. The next useful action is to clarify that this is a cleaning assessment, then confirm whether the contact wants it and when.
At the fertility clinic, offered days still needed a particular time. At the gymnastics venue, a suggested time still needed an explicit agreement. At the equestrian venue, the welcome needed to become a settled appointment. Each requires a different follow-up rather than a generic claim that the meeting is booked.
A useful next step for each kind of reply
- For a quote request, clarify the recurring scope and whether a walkthrough is needed.
- For supplementary deep cleaning, separate the requested tasks from the internal team's work.
- For offered days, propose a specific time and ask for explicit agreement.
- For a suggested slot, confirm the purpose, date and time before reporting a booked visit.
- For a confused reply, resolve the misunderstanding rather than assuming the earlier interest still means consent to a visit.
This is advice drawn from the evidence, not a claim that these actions have already produced visits. We have not measured a follow-up uplift, a best message sequence or a conversion rate from these exchanges.
The lesson: interest needs a precise next step
PureGrade’s early snapshot supports outreach conversations and quote interest. It does not support a confirmed meeting total. A useful report preserves those distinctions: a reply, an opportunity classification, an agreed visit, an attended visit, a quote and a won contract are separate stages.
For a comparison with dated agreements, read All Clean’s Romford research case study. Its three agreed site visits are separately supported by full messages, but even there attendance and contracts remain unverified.
