Commercial cleaning client, contract wins

Problem
Needed recurring contracts, not one-off jobs.
What we did
Outreach aimed at premises that need regular cleaning, such as clinics and practices.
Result
Two recurring contracts won, a dentist and an eye surgery, within 12 days.

These are separate campaigns for separate clients. Each result describes what that campaign produced. Past results are not a promise of future results.

What the numbers mean

A reply, a walkthrough and a contract are different things.

We report each stage separately so you can judge the real quality of a campaign.

Reply
Someone answered the email. It may be interested, unrelated or a polite no. A reply is not a lead.
Qualified opportunity
A relevant commercial prospect in the client's area who has shown genuine interest and is suitable to progress toward a call or walkthrough.
Agreed walkthrough
The prospect agreed a time for the cleaning company to see the premises. Some are later rescheduled or cancelled.
Trial clean
The cleaning company has quoted and the prospect has agreed to try the service on a limited basis before deciding.
Signed contract
The prospect has signed for recurring cleaning. This is the cleaning company's win, earned on the visit and quote.
